- Support groups: Troubled patients? Encourage them to participate in Dry Eye Talk. Many dry eye patients suffer from severe depression and/or anxiety and it is important for them to understand that they are not alone and to get some support in getting beyond the worst of it.

- Participate on Dry Eye Talk in the Pro Corner. Just register for the forums (free, requires current email address), introduce yourself in this forum and you can get started.
Product reference lists and consumer guides
- Punctal & intracanalicular plugs: Reference list of all kinds of plugs including manufacturer links, plug descriptions and sizes available for each.
- Preservatives: Reference list of preservatives in common topical ophthalmic preparations including BAK concentrations in Rx drops.
