Dry Eye Yellow Pages

Connecting dry eye patients with the right doctors!

Who is eligible for a Dry Eye Yellow Pages listing?

You, probably.

If you are a qualified eye doctor, and you want to be listed, you are eligible. The goal of our Dry Eye Yellow Pages is to help patients find qualified, experienced doctors who take a sincere interest in understanding dry eye and are committed to helping patients suffering from dry eye. So, we work on the honor system... and on the assumption that no one seeks out dry eye patients unless they really want them.

What does a listing consist of?

First, basic information (your name, contact details for appointments, website link if you wish). Next, basic qualification/training information, and an estimate of how much of your practice is dry eye. Finally, we ask you to respond to 5 questions about your experience with dry eye treatment that will help our readers get some idea of where you are coming from. Optionally, you may post additional information to your listing.

Is there a cost?

No.

What else do I get out of it?

For those who wish it, you can have your own dry eye blog on our popular Dry Eye Talk forums. It will be visible to ALL forum readers, registered or not, so it will greatly increase visibility for your dry eye practice. Use your blog to post about interesting dry eye cases you've treated recently, new treatments or products you're employing, or post comments about recent studies or other topics of interest related to dry eye. There is no special setup or training involved. We'll help you get started.

How do I sign up?

Download one of the following forms and fax it back to us: MD listing, OD listing.

After we get your information, we will send you a link so you can review it, at which time you can make corrections/modifications if necessary.
